Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY:

We ship internationally! All shipments are done via India Speed Post.

Shipment processing times:

  • Domestic orders are processed within 2-3 business days, estimated delivery will be in 5-10 business days depending on location. 

  • Estimated delivery for international orders will be in 15-25 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

International shipping:

  • Based on the country of delivery, India Speed Post may need to get customs clearance for your goods before delivery. 

  • Additional taxes, import duties, customs charges (if any) levied by the country of import will be chargeable to the customer.

  • The customer is liable to reimburse the courier company for any such charges paid by the courier company on behalf of the customer.

  • We will not be held responsible if your order is on hold at customs for clearance.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

Thank you for shopping at ​Vasuki.​ If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!

Return and Refund Policy:

  1. You have 48 hours​ to request the return of an item from the date you received it.

  2. The purchase amount will only be refunded if the product is damaged when delivered to the customer.​

  3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and the item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  4. The customer will be responsible for scheduling the return of the product with a shipment company.

  5. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund status after inspecting the item.

  6. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non​-refundable.
